Easy Ab Workout!

If you want to get some nice abs then there is only one (healthy) way; working out. I am giving you a simple workout that is guaranteed to get you fit. First I suggest about five minutes of jogging  (400 m). That should get you warmed up for THE WORKOUT. Before we do anything you must STRETCH! After stretching do an one minute plank. Rest for a minute and then do ten sit ups. Now it's time for twenty crunches. Do ten more sit ups and rest for a minute. Do a one minute side plank on your left then on your right. Now it's time for the hard one: keep your torso in a mid sit up wail rotating yourself from side to side with a ball in your hands making sure the ball touches the ground each time on each side. Do this for one minute. Finish it off strong with three times the five minute run (fifteen minutes), but this time run for three minutes and then walk for the other two. WELL DONE! If you keep this up you will be fit in no time. The most important thing when it comes to working out is to do it continuously. Good luck!

Easy Weight Loss Workout

This is a five to six minute workout ideal for those who want to lose some weight. Here are step by step instructions: jumping jacks for one minute, squats for fifty seconds, rest for ten seconds. Elbow plank for thirty seconds, rest for ten seconds. Kick forward as high as you can (thirty seconds on for each leg), lift your left leg up wail lying down for twenty seconds, lift your right leg up wail lying down for twenty seconds, flutter kicks for thirty seconds, rest for ten seconds. End it hard with twenty sit ups or more if you're up for it! Don't forget to stretch before this workout! Feel free to comment down below.

Fresh And Healthy Snacks

We all feel like having some sort of snack food every once in a while, but did you know that you can substitute all those fattening foods with delicious fruit and nut mixes. They have a grater nutritional value and they are much healthier and much less fattening. Nuts i suggest : walnuts, peanuts, almonds... Choose whichever fruits you want. I hope you enjoy this delicious snack!
The next snack i recommend is a smoothie. if you have a few berries or any fruit you prefer you can go ahead and blend it up with some yogurt and you'll have a sensational combination. Experiment with different combination. I suggest strawberry - orange, banana - blueberry, raspberry - banana. Whichever you prefer. 

The Sit Up Challenge!

This is the March sit up challenge! I personally designed it and i have given you five sit ups on the 1st ten on the 2nd eleven on the 3rd and it goes on from there. I hope you enjoy it. Feel free to make any changes of even do a two month challenge by building up from five to one hundred. Don't forget to stretch and do your appropriate warm ups before these workouts. If you are just starting out your health craze or are trying to lose weight with this workout make sure to combine it with a healthy diet.
