The Sit Up Challenge!

This is the March sit up challenge! I personally designed it and i have given you five sit ups on the 1st ten on the 2nd eleven on the 3rd and it goes on from there. I hope you enjoy it. Feel free to make any changes of even do a two month challenge by building up from five to one hundred. Don't forget to stretch and do your appropriate warm ups before these workouts. If you are just starting out your health craze or are trying to lose weight with this workout make sure to combine it with a healthy diet. I will be posting recipes for healthy snacks along with pictures and step by step instructions. Stay tuned and feel free to make suggestions in the comment area!
