Easy Weight Loss Workout

This is a five to six minute workout ideal for those who want to lose some weight. Here are step by step instructions: jumping jacks for one minute, squats for fifty seconds, rest for ten seconds. Elbow plank for thirty seconds, rest for ten seconds. Kick forward as high as you can (thirty seconds on for each leg), lift your left leg up wail lying down for twenty seconds, lift your right leg up wail lying down for twenty seconds, flutter kicks for thirty seconds, rest for ten seconds. End it hard with twenty sit ups or more if you're up for it! Don't forget to stretch before this workout! Feel free to comment down below.
